1. PRIVACY NOTICE
In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations, RCF Integral Solutions (hereinafter "The Company"), with address at [Insert Complete Address, Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico], makes available to you this Privacy Notice.
1.1. Personal Data Collected
To carry out the purposes described in this notice, we will collect the following personal and corporate data from our clients and prospects:
Identification and contact information (Name of legal representative, company name, business name, address, telephone, email).
Tax and billing information (RFC, tax address, tax regime, tax status certificate).
Asset and financial information (Bank accounts for transfers, trade references).
1.2. Purposes of Data Processing
The personal data we collect will be used for the following primary purposes, which are necessary for the service you request:
Provide the required services and products (engineering projects, automation, robotics, etc.).
Preparation of quotes, contracts and technical-commercial proposals.
Billing, collection and payment processing.
Fulfillment of obligations contracted with our clients.
Provide technical support, warranties and after-sales follow-up.
Additionally, we will use your information for secondary purposes (sending promotional information, quality surveys), which you can object to at any time.
1.3. Data Transfer
The Company undertakes not to transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except for the exceptions provided for in article 37 of the LFPDPPP, and to carry out this transfer in the terms established by that law (for example, to tax authorities or banking institutions for the processing of payments).
1.4. ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition)
You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, what we use it for, and the conditions of its use (Access). You also have the right to request the correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification); to have it deleted from our records or databases (Cancellation); and to object to the use of your personal data for specific purposes.

1.5. Modifications to the Privacy Notice

2. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND SERVICE
These Terms and Conditions govern quotations, sales, equipment supply and engineering services provided by RCF Integral Solutions (hereinafter "The Supplier") to its clients (hereinafter "The Client").
2.1. Prices and Taxes
The prices quoted do not include Value Added Tax (VAT) or any other applicable taxes, fees, or additional charges. These are the responsibility of the Client and will be added to the final invoice unless otherwise specified. Quotes are expressed in the currency indicated in the proposal (generally US Dollars, USD). For invoices in Mexican Pesos (MXN), the exchange rate published in the Official Gazette of the Federation (DOF) on the date of payment will be used.
2.2. Validity of the Quotations
Quotes issued are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices and conditions may be subject to review and adjustment by the Supplier.
2.3. Payment and Billing Conditions
Advance payment: Unless otherwise negotiated in the contract, a 70% advance payment will be required upon signing the contract and/or issuing the Purchase Order to initiate the import order for materials and components.
Final settlement: The remaining 30% will be invoiced and must be paid upon delivery of the project, against the signing of the acceptance and commissioning certificate.
2.4. Delivery Times and Modifications
The delivery times indicated in the quote are estimates and are subject to the availability of imported materials, obtaining the necessary approvals and other project conditions.
Any modification or adjustment to the project engineering that involves additional services, or any modification of the scope not originally contemplated, will be evaluated and quoted separately, requiring prior approval from the Client.
2.5. Cancellations and Refunds
All Purchase Orders are Non-Cancellable (NC) and items are Non-Returnable (NR), unless RCF Integral Solutions negotiates and approves otherwise in writing.
For long-term purchase agreements with multiple scheduled shipments, these must be negotiated and both parties must sign a specific contract before the Supplier accepts the purchase orders.
2.6. Customer Responsibilities and Delays
If the Client is late in providing the technical information, plant access, or physical samples necessary for the development of the project, RCF Integral Solutions will invoice 70% of the total purchase order, and the project will be paused until the Client completes the delivery.

Furthermore, if the Client provided information from previous revisions (outdated) and this causes a problem in the engineering or assembly process, RCF Integral Solutions is exempt from all liability and any rework costs will be borne by the Client.
2.7. Travel and Shipping Expenses
Sample shipping: Sample shipping costs are not included in the quotes and will be managed and covered by the Client.
Additional travel expenses: Any additional travel expenses (flights, accommodation, per diem) not explicitly stipulated in the original quote, incurred during the provision of the service due to additional requests, will be covered by the Client.
2.8. Guarantees
Systems and Services: The integrated service or product has a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty covers exclusively manufacturing or integration service defects. It does not include damage caused by misuse, negligence, electrical fluctuations external to the equipment, or modifications not authorized by the Supplier.
Accessories and Consumables: Accessories have a 1-year limited warranty on mechanical parts, except for consumable parts (test probes, injectors, fuses, shock absorbers, etc.), which must be replaced.
2.9. Limitation of Liability
RCF Integral Solutions' maximum liability for any claim arising from the project, supply, or service is strictly limited to the total value of the services or products supplied and paid for by the Client. RCF Integral Solutions expressly excludes any liability for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, loss of production, or loss of data.
2.10. Acceptance of the Terms
The issuance of a Purchase Order (PO), the signing of a contract or the payment of the advance corresponding to a quote issued by RCF Integral Solutions, constitutes the tacit and express acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the Client.
